Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fyrsale at fyrsale.com (the "Service"). By browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to browse the Service. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live, or act with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.

Accounts & sign-in

You may create an account with email and password or through a supported sign-in provider such as Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

The daily drop

Fyrsale features one promoted deal per day at its lowest price. After a deal rotates off, it may remain claimable for a limited window at an escalating price, clearly shown on each deal page, before it ends. Prices, stock, and availability can change at any time.

Pricing & checkout

The total displayed on the payment button is the amount Fyrsale charges unless applicable tax is separately disclosed before payment. Standard shipping is included for physical products when stated. Comeback pricing follows the published schedule; the amount you approve at checkout is binding.

Comparison value

A crossed-out price or stated bundle value is a comparison reference, not a promise that every seller currently charges that amount. Fyrsale bases comparison claims on documented regular pricing, included components, or reasonably comparable products and may correct a claim if supporting information changes.

Referrals

Referral rewards are issued for genuine sign-ups and qualifying purchases through your unique link, according to the program rules shown on the site. Self-referrals, fraudulent, automated, or misleading activity may result in forfeited rewards and account removal at our discretion.

Physical orders

For physical products, you agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. Eligible orders ship as described on the deal page. Product-specific return windows and exclusions are shown before purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Digital delivery & access

Digital products are delivered to the checkout email through a secure button and, when the same email is used to sign in, through My downloads. File links are time-limited and may be regenerated while the entitlement remains active. You are responsible for entering an email you control and retaining a compatible device and software.

Digital license

Unless a product page expressly grants broader rights, a digital purchase gives one customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, share access credentials, or claim the underlying work as your own. Permitted commercial use, team seats, templates, fonts, stock assets, and third-party components are governed by the product-specific license shown before purchase.

Digital refunds

If a digital file is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting, contact support@fyrsale.com. Refund eligibility depends on the product terms, whether access or download occurred, and applicable law. A full refund revokes the associated download entitlement. Statutory refund and consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer security measures, or use it in violation of law. We may limit or suspend access that threatens the Service or other users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyrsale and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no such payment exists.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date above. Material changes may also be communicated on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
