Overview

Fyrsale ("we," "us") operates fyrsale.com, a daily-deal storefront with referrals and optional drop alerts. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Fyrsale, we may collect: your email address; account credentials if you sign up with email and password; basic profile information from a social sign-in provider; referral codes and activity; order, billing-location, and shipping details as applicable; digital entitlements, file versions, download counts, and access timestamps; browser push subscription data if you opt in; and aggregate usage data such as pages viewed and device type.

Sign-in & third-party authentication

If you choose Continue with Google or another supported provider, that service authenticates you and shares limited account information with us so we can create and maintain your Fyrsale session. We do not receive your Google password. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy. We use Supabase to manage authenticated sessions securely.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the site, process purchases, deliver and recover digital products, administer licenses and refunds, attribute referrals, send requested messages, prevent fraud and access abuse, meet tax and accounting obligations, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Payments

Checkout is processed by Square. Payment card details are sent directly to Square and are not stored on our servers. Square handles card data according to its own privacy policy and PCI requirements.

Push notifications

Drop alerts are sent only after you explicitly grant browser permission. You can revoke permission at any time in your browser or device settings; we stop sending once a subscription is removed.

Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and local storage for essential functions such as keeping you signed in, remembering referral attribution, and storing your referral link in the browser. These are functional, not used for third-party advertising profiles.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run Fyrsale, including hosting (Vercel), database, authentication, and private file storage (Supabase), payments (Square), email delivery (SpaceMail), and infrastructure and security services (Cloudflare). They process information only as needed to provide their services to Fyrsale.

Retention & deletion

We keep account, order, license, and download records for as long as needed to provide purchased access, comply with financial and legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion by contacting us; we will remove or anonymize eligible information while retaining limited records when law, security, or transaction integrity requires it.

Children

Fyrsale is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
