Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

Fyrsale respects your privacy. If you signed up with Facebook or another method and want your personal data removed from our systems, follow the steps below. This page satisfies Meta's requirement for user data deletion instructions.

What we delete

When we process a verified deletion request, we remove or anonymize your account and associated personal data, including your email address, profile information (name and photo from social sign-in), referral code and referral activity tied to your account, drop-list subscription, push notification subscription, and purchase history linked to your account where applicable.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records where required by law, to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, or complete financial and tax obligations (for example, anonymized or minimized order records). We do not retain your Facebook access tokens after you disconnect or delete your account.

How to request deletion

Email support@fyrsale.com from the email address associated with your Fyrsale account (or the email on your Facebook account if you signed in with Facebook). Use the subject line "Data deletion request" and include the email you used to sign in. If you signed in with Facebook only, tell us the name and email shown on your Facebook profile so we can locate your account.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove Fyrsale's access from your Facebook account: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Fyrsale, and choose Remove. That revokes Facebook login access but does not automatically delete data already stored on Fyrsale — please still email us if you want your Fyrsale account and data deleted.

Processing time

We aim to confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account.
